This makes it cost-effective to access high-quality, property-level flood risk data integrated with OS AddressBase Premium. Alternatively FloodScore Online can be licensed (fully or partially) on an annual basis.The full address data is linked to UPRN and multiple data fields.

FloodScore Online
UK FloodScore gives you instant access online to the most complete and up-to-date flood risk data available for any property in the UK. It quantifies the likelihood of an individual property being flooded due to rainfall, overflowing rivers or tidal surges.
You can save and print reports for future reference, and the search history makes your due diligence easy to audit.
Besides providing an overall flood risk score for every property (which classifies the flood risk as being Negligible, Minimal, Moderate, High or Extreme), the results for each property include a range of return periods, as well as the likely depth of the flood waters for each of these periods.
FloodScore Property API
FloodScore can also be delivered through the FloodScore Property API (application programming interface) which uses the most complete and up-to-date flood risk data available to quantify the likelihood of an individual property being flooded due to rainfall, overflowing rivers or tidal surges.
The API method of delivery provides users with an overall flood risk score for every property and classifies the flood risk as being Negligible, Minimal, Moderate, High or Extreme.

The FloodScore API subscription fee is based on the number of properties you want to check each year. All packages are based on an annual contract, and offer a flexible licensing structure.

Your subscription is based on the number of properties you want to check each year, and you can add any number of users to your subscription. All packages are based on an annual contract, and you can upgrade your package at any time.
FloodScore Database Licensing and Integration
UK FloodScore is available as a complete or partial database. It’s most often delivered as a CSV or SQL file. You can buy or license the data for a specific region, city or for a specific property type (ie commercial or residential properties).
We can also include Ordnance Survey AddressBase licensing with our FloodScore data, providing a smoother integration and single licence point.
Our team will be happy to help you integrate the data and advise you how you can use it to define your flood underwriting strategy or to enhance your existing data sources.
The database is available on either single or multi-year licence agreements, or as a one-off dataset.
